The 88th letter: The value of people

Dear Governor Haslam:

This is my 88th letter to you.

In the end I think it is about the importance of people.  They either are or

they are

not.  It is the difference between it is imperative that people have access to Tenn Care and it would be nice if we can work it out.  It is the difference between commitment and convenience.

I cant help but wonder which statement describes you the most:

I am committed to the welfare of the people I serve regardless of their life circumstances  OR

I sure would like to do good things if I can and it makes political sense.

Until tomorrow.

Yours truly,

Larry Drain
